The first, you must answer the question that why you want to learn English. Will you use English for your job or just a necessity to get a job or to talk to foreigner or to help you in your study?

The third, let’s try to visualize and give an definition clearly about yourself when you have got to a proficient English level you need, so what will you see and hear? And how will you feel?
The fourth, if can, you should register an English course, if not you should put yourself into a context that you need to be used English…
The fifth, look for opportunities to learn and to use your English whenever you can. Try to listen from radio and CDs by English, read and write by English. If you can find these opportunities like this I make sure that you will find out the best ways to learn English.
The Sixth, Write down new words into a baby notebook that you always bring with and so that you can open and see it whenever you have a few free-time.
The Seventh, Practice, practice, and practice; There is an idiom in English “You must use them if you don’t want to lose all things you having had”.
The eighth, look for a person who can help you learn English, maybe he or she is your partner. You should find a person, who can learn English with you, can talk or chat by messages using English.
The ninth: From now on, you should change a habit that you must learn English 10 minutes each day and every day. It will be better than you learn more a times a week.
Finally, asking by yourself when you begin to study that,” What things I want to learn today?” and the end of the lesson, you must answer the question,” What did I learn today”.
